BODYCOMBAT is totally non-contact, and there are no really complex moves to master.

 

BODYCOMBAT is an interval based program, so some tracks are tougher than others. Different tracks will focus on different body parts, so don't wory if you're finding it hard, the next one will be different.

 

BODYCOMBAT moves draw inspiration from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

 

BODYCOMBAT is for everyone with moderate fitness levels.
